    GFX information and Guidelines

Post by NightFox126 on Tue Sep 22, 2009 8:36 am

    Gfx Team members:
Gfx team members are people that are skilled in making various forms of graphics work(beyond sigs). Gfx members should serve as a role model to other people that are not as skilled in the gfx field.
Also, as a gfx Team member, you should expect to receive and fulfill gfx requests from fellow members and be willing to help others with gfx related issues.

    Requirements:
    -Must make digital gfx
-Being active in the forums(logging in and participating in and/or posting discussions/work)
-Must have a minimum 150 legit posts(buying posts and spamming to increase your post count are not considered legit)
-Demonstrates knowledge of gfx terms and styles(render, blending, lighting, smudging, depth, etc.)
-Ability to create sophisticated and appealing work.
-In your application, at least 10 examples of your work must be presented(Not only sigs)Also provide at least 3 of your PSD's, GIMP projects or any other sources of that nature

-If your application is yet to be accepted and you do not update it within 2 weeks, It will be declined

The following fields are not required but may further increase your chances for a sucessful application:
-Using other programs involved in generating gfx(other then Photoshop/GIMP. E.g. c4d)
-Implementing the use of animation in your work.
